Day One - November 3RD

Sessions, Booths & Conference Social
Candidate Welcome
Officers are welcomed, briefed on the event format, and introduced to participating employers before booth activity begins.
Employer Sessions Open
Full employer booth floor activity and semi-private breakout interview rooms are open. Day 1 Employer Introduction Sessions take place during this window.
Conference Social
The Day 1 Social is the single largest candidate draw of the conference. Employers and officers connect in a casual social setting with complimentary food and beverages.

Day Two - November 4TH

Interviews & Employer Follow-Up
Employer Booths Open
Full booth floor and breakout interview room access. Candidates who pre-scheduled Day 2 interviews move through structured conversations with employer teams.
Private Employer Lunch
Complimentary private lunch for up to 5 employer representatives. A dedicated break to debrief, compare notes, and prepare for the final afternoon push.
End of Event
Event closes. Full candidate resume book and contact data available to all registered employers for immediate post-event follow-up.

Attendees range from junior officers on active duty through mid-career professionals and senior officers with experience in commercial industry, government contracting, and federal agencies. Many hold active or recently held Secret or TS/SCI clearances.
Up to 200 qualified military officers across both days. Our co-host partnerships with military academy alumni associations help ensure strong attendance from high-caliber candidates.
Yes. Standard booth registration includes up to 3 attendees in the booth plus 2 additional reps in the semi-private interview area. Conference Social sponsor packages allow up to 10 employer tickets.
Yes. Registered employers receive early access to candidate profiles and resumes before the event, enabling you to pre-schedule interviews and follow up with next steps. You also receive a complete resume book of all registrants.
